HMW shape our brand identity that fosters a more supportive, empowering, and inclusive environment?
Solution
Empowering Self-Discovery and Personal Growth
Inspired by the challenges posed by the current economic climate and the amplified social pressures to succeed academically and professionally, our team wanted to craft our brand that encourages participants to embrace self-discovery, explore new lenses, and navigate their own undefined pathways toward personal growth and resilience.

Results


This year, the design and marketing team successfully doubled Instagram engagement compared to the previous year and drove over 1,200+ hacker applications through our marketing efforts.

Reflection
This year, I focused on enhancing my visual design skills and designing vector graphics in Figma. I made sure designs were accessible, ensuring that visual elements like buttons, text, and graphics had sufficient contrast for all users. Overall, I had a lot of fun conceptualizing this year's theme and creating graphics for our website!
